Escape From The Factory update
Added 2023-08-08 19:34:15 +0000 UTCWe have sound! So far it's just in the lobby but not only is there background ambience for those exploring the lobby but there will also be random announcements that happen while you play!
This is a massive step in the development of games like this and I'm looking forward to adopting it not only more of this game but also to places like Rain and Shine where we had one sound file that broke the whole damn thing. I'll be posting the update soon, at the moment though I'm cleaning up some code and doing some initialization that should help with optimization as well as stitching together the vats chamber. I learned some new tricks and looking forward to implementing them as well, but still going through all the things.
