Daisy's uniform will need to be modeled sooner or later, and it'll help to have a model sheet. I could probably re-use her the old model's uniform, but modeling a new one might actually be easier. Even fully clothed, her breasts are a challenge. The top half of this image shows roughly how I normally draw them - big for her frame, but hopefully not so big that they'll get in the way. In the lower half, I scaled her breasts up to match the Hooters pic. That size may not work, without some extra bones in the rig for pose-sculpting... actually, either size will probably need those.
