End of Month Report, April 2019
Added 2019-04-30 21:33:48 +0000 UTCWell, this was certainly quite the month that we had here! Between a surprise convention and the new additions to both Rain and Shine as well as Planetary Adaptation plus reaching $1000 in patreon pledges it's been a lot of being busy all around! Even though we had a rough start in April losing about five patreons at once (including a few $25 tiers) we bounced back big time and finally reached that four digit mark that I've been chasing for a while. We're also almost at 100 patreons too, but it looks like that one will continue to allude us for this month. This has been by far the biggest gain overall in pledges ever since I was able to keep track, which is made even more amazing by the fact that we had the biggest decrease in pledges the same month.
This was also big because right in the middle of the month I had a convention that I didn't even realize I was going to until the day before! Motor City Furry Con was a lot of fun and very strange since I wasn't doing panels or Dealer's Den or anything of that nature. Even though it was five days that I wasn't working it sort of reminded me that I don't have to work all the time and was a nice little vacation from the twelve hour plus days that I had been doing up until that point. Of course unless somehow I booked a room in my sleep I will not be going to Anthrocon, which means that all that time can be devoted to prepping for IndyFurCon and things of that nature.
Alright, so plans for May 2019. I had been hoping that I was going to get a bit of a cash infusion in the form of a line of credit in order to speed up a few plans but that ended up falling through, so once more it's going to mainly be focused on finishing commissions and getting Rain and Shine ready for its overhaul. I might try and finish my recording of How to Enter Dragon Heaven but that will remain to be seen. This is also the month where I'll be buying a new computer and retiring my old workhorse; he's been good to me the last seven or so years but unfortunately its time to put him out to pasture, especially since %95 of my work is done on computer.
I hope to see you all in May and that we can continue this upward trend of growth until we hit goal number three!

Bummer to hear about the line of credit, but let me know if you need any financial help and I'll gladly assist. :)
