I think it looks like him but then again there seems to be something off.

It might be that it looks like if you start bottom and then go up to top of his head that it seems to be getting a little wider, as it goes to the back of his head, not sure, it could just be the angle. Not sure, but if you can include a similar hat and sunglasses to make to make a Heisenb@rg version, that would be pretty cool. Maybe sparse up the mustache and beard a little and put a little grey in it. Idk, you are very close. It is good.
