Goodbye

Hey everyone,

Today is a sad day... You are probably wondering where all my scenes went, that I put my blood sweat and tears into in the past year. Back in 2023 I had my first strike on the VAM Hub. I was terrified after that, that my account could get banned. I got the strike because I used cc-by-nc licenses. These are not meant for commercial use and I didn`t know that back then. Since then I never downloaded a NC asset again, so I wouldn`t use them in my scenes. One month ago I made a post here saying that I contacted VAM HUB of an issue I just witnessed, that some Assets say they are for commercial use and you can download it no problem. But what you don`t see at first is that sometimes the Asset uses a non commercial license within the asset itself. I wrote the VAM devs about this, because I have just noticed it and was scared that my scenes could get taken down. A month goes by and I haven`t gotten a single reply. Then Yesterday the devs wrote me a message saying that they saw, that I am still using NC licenses (Which I wasn`t aware as I explained earlier) and that my account will be temporarily banned. I wrote my complaint of course because "I" think it`s not a good licensing system because a mistake can happen very quickly, as it did with me. I don`t want to be disrespectful towards the devs of Vam this is just my personal thought. I never intended to use NC licenses I tried to make that clear. Nevertheless for the time being I won`t be making any Vam scenes.

I am so very sorry for everyone who couldn`t download all my scenes before I deleted them or was looking forward to the ones I had planned... 

This won`t be the last time you will see me though, but it will probably the last time you will see me creating a VAM scene.

I will take a break now to figure out how to go from here but I will probably start to work on my own game instead of using a game to create my own minigames. I still learned a lot this past year and I will use this knowledge to create something way better.
