Big speed boost for 32X games with Picodrive core! (on Mac/Linux/Windows)

Thanks to notaz' efforts, 32X games have received a big speed boost with the Picodrive core on Linux and Mac! The SH2 dynarec is now being used for these platforms!
Tests were performed with Knuckles Chaotix -
Macbook Pro 2013 (Core i5) - went from 128fps to 210fps
Linux laptop (Core i5) - went from 240fps to 689fps
EDIT: Works now on Windows too! Similar speedups there!
