The comments were filled with questions, some accusatory, assuming that the uploader was involved with the torment of these shrunken people. Others thought Vigi, as many had shortened their name to, was an activist of some kind, trying to spread a message.

2023-06-13 01:32:01 +0000 UTCAfter an hour of trying to mess around with capturing it in an image program and trying to straighten it out. I just got lucky and held my phone in the right angle and distance to capture it off my screen from the video itself while paused.
