Coming Home Late
Added 2019-09-09 00:58:06 +0000 UTCDan screamed, barely managing to dive out of the way of his roommate's sandal-clad feet, as she walked through their apartment. Anna had gotten off of work much later than normal, and after a hard day's work, she just wanted to get to her room and go to bed. Since Dan usually had to wake up early, she didn't bother turning the lights on, she could navigate the place without it, and the extra light would kept Dan awake. Little did she know that, if she turned the lights on, she would might be able to see her tiny roommate trying to avoid her massive sandals as she made her way through their home.

A bit more free content as I experiment with 3D art. It didn't take me long to pick up where I left off, and start full renders again. I'm going to play with a few more renders this week, but those will probably only be available for $5 subscribers. Depending on how much support I get with this, I may consider doing a full length 3D comic somewhere down the line. It's hard to justify spending the extra money on assets, but if there is enough support through Patreon, I could certainly see myself doing both stories and comics for all levels.
The lighting for this image was not originally my intent, but after I finished, I liked how ominous the darkness made everything, the gravity of the situation was much more tangible. Even Anna's right foot being obscured has a looming, lurking-in-the-shadows vibe that I kind of like, and the shadow of her right foot pushes that point that much further.
