I just noticed this most recent watch through that you can hear a little bit of Diane’s Boston accent slip back out when she says “BC” in the argument with her family, I thought that was kinda interesting

2024-03-20 02:25:57 +0000 UTCi didnt ever really appreciate this episode until now, when psychoanalyzing it. diane's family just screams childhood neglect and emotional abuse and parentification. i knew it before but i didnt remember it being *this* intense. great stuff, insightful commentary as always!

I've never actually thought about before, it's a great question to pose! 😂 Excellent episode as always Johnny! And so so glad to see someone react this episode the same way I do - with giggles and "what the fuck" all episode haha. "You /chummed/ dad? Was a favorite for this one 🖤 Also, never noticed this before - but the lil song that plays right as Todd gets BJs voice-mail sounds very much like the one in Breaking Bad 😂
