The funniest thing for me is how much South Park gets more "woke" as the series goes on (see this episode versus the season 18 episode "The Cissy"). That's why I don't think anyone should get offended by it. It's like a time capsule of the changing views of society (and Trey and Matt) over three decades. I would be surprised if no one has ever done a dissertation on it.
