2024-07-15 06:51:09 +0000 UTCThe Sandlot is an under appreciated film. Its market was my genre when it released. Young teen/pre-teen. Heavily male perspective. Ultimately a great film. The unjustified sexual assault by Squints, yeah it’s an arguable flaw. I was 13 when this movie released, I am now 44. In 1993, I still thought that was not cool. They deserved to be kicked out and were. This movie has a lot of great scenes. And even the tobacco scene, kept me from partaking until I was 18. Movies were made different in this time frame. Great reaction.
