Gonna be honest, I'm with Mr Kristofer on this one. If someone unlocks For Comfort over night then I don't think they've really stayed in chastity regadless of if they touched themself or not, so I wouldn't count them as completing locktober. Obviously if there's a medical concern then they should absolutely unkock for as long as needed to address it, but if it's an issue of comfort, well, either tough it out or get some more practice and try locktober again next year.
