Helloooo. Mike says LGB twice of the 4 mentions I can find in the transcript. I've reached out and confirmed. It's a sad but frustrating freudian slip as he has to read all the paperwork of every hearing he has to testify at and was right off back to back flights when filming with us. Mike is a queer person actively fighting for trans performers as well. The slip is not intended and has been adjusted. I honestly thought it was just him microphone cutting out as we went through. <3 thank you for catching that As for audios here I can adjust that but the video would take hours of editing and reposting. 2025-02-21 18:35:52 +0000 UTCI appreciated the conversation with Mike, but I was bothered that he repeatedly used the acronym "LGBQ" to refer to the queer community. Could y'all check with him to see if he intended to say "LGBTQ", and add clarification to the episode and its description if so? Echoing the language of people who are working to divide our community helps them and harms all of us, so I think it's important to notice when our friends and allies do it, and to invite and encourage them to amend their language as both a public self-correction and a recommitment to inclusion.

2025-02-21 12:34:13 +0000 UTCI absolutely agree with Mr. Kristofer that pride this year needs to be marches. It's important for us to stay visible, not just to our government, but also to others of our community struggling. Remind them they are loved and we are here to fight with them.
