Annual Memberships

I was going back and forth on this in my head for a while, but I finally decided to bite the bullet and enable annual memberships for my patron tiers. There wasn't a HUGE amount of people interested, but I figure that since its totally optional, it can't hurt to have it enabled for those who'd like it.
