You know, eggs aren't my thing. I'll eat sweaty dude-bro-butthole over a bland sunny side-up any day. Yeah, I could sprinkle some salt and pepper to mask the taste, but that's like arguing League of Legends is "better with friends" -- no shit, Sherlock, virtually anything is tolerable with friendly shakers within arm's reach.
So chicken eggs are kinda gross -- but have you ever had quail eggs? Don't know what it is 'bout them miniature Easter bunny presents, but I'd easily eat a dozen of them in one sitting, no cap.
Quails ain't even that hard to care after, nor are they particularly noisy. If you're into the whole "self-sufficiency" thing, quails are neat!
