If you're curious as to the setup, there are two or three lights, plus the one on top, the camera/teleprompter setup is on the near right, and I dump all of the computer stuff off-screen on the floor.

To answer you question in your most recent Q&A4 video, I would look into a DSLR or mirrorless camera (MILC). These camera's preform well in making videos (1080p 60fps+ and new ones do 4k in 24-30fps) and are used by other filmmakers as well. An added advantage is that you can change the lens depending on your need: An All-in-One Zoom lens for filming Tankfest or a prime lens to film inside a vehicle (the low F values of these lenses should also help with the low light). Also they are modular to change the type of microphone you attach or attach a led bar. The overall setup is also reasonable small. It also help that you don't have to buy all up at front and can build up your accessory collection over time. Take a look at Sony, Panasonic for MILC and Canon, Nikon for DSLR. Search for Christopher Frost on youtube for high standard camera and lens reviews. I hope this helps! From a guy that takes pictures not videos. So be warned.

Umm. They are by Neewer, and can be either battery or grid powered, giving a bit of flexibility. They seem to do the job.

Can you give us more info about the lights?

People who create pcb's will create a "rats nest" where they connect all the pins from all the components together, before they go on to wrestle the thing into order, your cable bundle looks exactly like these rats nests.

I actually had atech working for me who had a similar pile of cables and power cords, and intentionally kept them that way. You see the heat in his little office building didn't work all that well in the winter, so he kind bundled his feet down in the"mess." He said that the tangle gave off heat and it kept his feet warm. But I'm guessing your not going for that.

Is that the Rabbit from the Holy Grail on your shelf? The one with the ‘Massive, pointy teeth?’

I like a man that doesn't use bookend and allows books to fall off the sides... it shows a profound operator.

So the big question - in true newscaster style, is it khaki shorts when sitting at the desk?
