This took me a while to put together. RTF is really abstract and kinda slippery, but I stuck it out and think I have reduced the basic tenets of it down into something that's somewhat digestible.

I was dying to learn more about ACT for a while but honestly didn't want to put in the time on my own, so was really excited about this from the start. then when you mentioned RFT on the nick mullen ep i wanted to learn more but had a hard time from my own google searches. really looking forward to more learnin'. also i appreciate your honesty and vulnerability in these.
