This is ironic humor, and like most good comedians he makes fun of everyone, the supposed racism is entirely ironic, theyre actually mocking racism because of how absurd it is, to hate someone for circumstances out of their control is nonesense. If you consider the liberal ideology as the baseline for racism then its basically mentioning any unfavorable characteristic of any culture makes you a racist, unless youre a non white minority.
