After the permian-triassic extinction, the worst extinction event to ever plague the earth, the Lystrosaurus miraculously survived, perhaps just cause they loved to sleep, and recolonized the earth. Eventually, 95% of all vertebrate life on land was Lystrosaurus, a dominance the earth has never seen before or since.
I just think they're neat. They had no goddamn idea what was going on. So I feel like I relate. I ain't died yet, and, I never forget to go to bed on time!!
