Weight Update + What I eat to gain atm
Added 2023-05-03 17:23:28 +0000 UTCSo in the last month I’ve gained 14lbs back and I am ALMOST 500 again. I’m gonna blaze past it this time! I’m going abroad again in 2 weeks to pig out and be a fat slob on the beach again.
HOPEFULLY I’ll have gained enough weight that I will be above 500 and we can get excited for the next milestone.. 550!
My Current weight is 492lbs!
My current diet that I follow daily is;
1000 calorie breakfast + 300ml Double Cream = 2500 calories
1250 calorie lunch + 1 litre Nesquik = 2000 calories
Dinner I just whatever I fancy, usually equals around 1500 calories AT LEAST and then another 300ml of double cream = at least 3000 calories.
With the current cost of living I cant afford to eat high calorie takeaways everyday now but I can fit in way more Cream/Pasta/noodles and ice cream as a cheaper and more calorific option. My favourite kebab is literally 180% more expensive than it was 6 months ago :((
So as you can see.. 7000 calorie days are NOTHING now 😈 It’s a much more sustainable way to gain too, I found the gainer shakes plumped me up fast but made me feel sick which probably contributed to the loss. So.. let the GAINS BEGIN!
