New tier 2 and 3 reward

I've been wondering how I could reward you guys for pledging a higher amount than needed to play the newest update.
And I came up with the idea that I could credit you ingame. Of course this would not just be a blackboard where everybody can read your patreon names but I'd come up with something creative.

2023-04-01 15:22:32 +0000 UTCMy idea was to have a mysterious old man sit in the bar and when you talk to him he tells you about all the legends that once roamed the lands and hands you an old mysterious looking book. Then a little animation plays where sabrina opens the book and looks inside. The book seems to glow like it's magical. And then we can read the names of the tier 2 and 3 patrons. Sabrina closes the book and hands it back:D

Could be in the form of future random quest givers (or other NPCs introduced later), or even have some random NPC list off the people who pledged the 2nd and 3rd tiers (admittedly while my first suggestion would be cool the second would be a lot easier).
