Some characters have fewer votes in the end than they did in the voting. The reason: some voters voted and canceled membership, so their votes could not be counted. Clarification: If you canceled your paid subscription but remained subscribed as a free member, your vote will be counted, but if you voted and did not remain as any member free/paid your vote cannot be counted.
