My working theory is that they didn't tick the box for the Mega fan tier to give their address with their membership. I've already sent a direct message to them informing them. All I'm asking is that people use this thread to establish a pattern that those who can't see the option are on the Mega Fan tier while waiting for a reply.

EDIT: If you're on the Mega Fan tier and can't see the option to add an address comment here so we can collate the circumstantial evidence that it is a tier configuration issue. I've already sent a DM so just comment here so we can establish that the issue is with the tier.
