Being the cheery idol of mondstadt is a taxing role for Barbara. She finds her self after hours in the church praying for the strength to go on. Her prayer is interrupted by Aether who enters the church. She finds herself then confessing to Aether about her doubts of handling it. Aether offers to help in anyway he can to relive her burden. Barbara decides to confess her love in this moment and hopes he will love her back. Aether kisses her without hesitation. The two indulge in their sinful (or not so sinful as Venti is a-ok with it) passion in the place of worship. By the end Barbara finds herself full of strength (and Aethers cum) feeling like all her stress has melted away and she’s been given the energy she needs to do anything. That and she’s gotten the man of her dreams.
