A very satisfying meal once again. Regarding the King of Midland, one aspect of his attraction to Charlotte I find interesting is that she's the spitting image of her biological mother, said to be the only woman the king truly loved. It's one of those typical breadcrumbs from Miura that on a second reading make his "turn" obvious in hind sight. As for "Hanafubuku king"... it was fortunately corrected in the latest editions of the paperbacks too, not just the deluxe editions, presumably their other corrections made it in as well. Props to DH for doing the bare minimum :P
