Alternate cover for volume 1 and volume 38
Added 2022-02-23 20:31:28 +0000 UTCYoung Animal redesigned the covers of Berserk's volumes in 2016, with the release of volume 38 (on June 24th). It coincided with them renaming their publishing label Young Animal Comics from the original Jets Comics. In addition to all of that, Miura also drew a new cover for volume 1, mirroring that of volume 38.
A limited edition alternate cover was released alongside volume 38 that features both of those illustrations, one on each side. It was a promotional operation from 7-Eleven involving a preorder on their 7net website with delivery in one of their stores.
Other than the design, which I'll let you see for yourselves in the pictures, it's notable in that unlike the usual dust jackets, it's made of semi-transparent plastic.
