Accusatory Llulu had switched to no air talk. Though the Princess's lips movement was clear, Tiki hesitated in her response.
"Princess, we were...."
"We were in a duel," Jane 'said,' defiantly.
There was a moment of silence. Then, before Llulu could frame her next words, the entire structure began to shake.
"....!!?"

The idea of “no-air talk” is a wonderful inclusion. Of course this water based tribe would have an ‘easy’ way to communicate without wasting oxygen down here, though that demonstrates what they still have to improve on. Someone like Yugao or Misao, or even to a more limited degree Saki and Aya, could probably get away with actual speech (at least for awhile), even if it were hard to understand through the gurgling. Hopefully all three girls have their tickets for a first class trip to the bottom!
