The Catacombs, high resolution and DB color definitions

Here is the high resolution version of this pack and the colored assets and definitions for Dungeon Builder!
This time the hires maps have been upscaled from the previous hires resolution, since they were already done when we decided to change the resolution of everything. The next maps will be natively hires.
The png files were optimized to keep the file size as small as possible while keeping the original quality.
The zip file includes the contents from the previous tiers too (except for the DB files)!
To use the Dungeon Builder definitions, just unzip the DB zip file in the software folder and merge the "Custom" folder to install it!
