I'm bad at standing

I have a lot of trouble being still in general, but it seems that when I stand in one spot to film my videos I tense my legs for the entire duration of filming. For at least a day afterwards my legs are always sore. 𦡠In the case of this new video that was over an hour and a half of standing with my legs tensed and three days later they still hurt! I may have to find a nice chair to film in for longer videos...
But! The point is...I am now well into the edit of the new video which I will publish on Friday! It's one of the longer ones (47 minutes at the moment), so I apologise to those who prefer them short and sweet! This topic was hard to articulate so I really had to take my time. Hope you like it!
Also, my channel hit 60,000 subscribers?! Incredible! It must've been that Harriette Potter hypnosis! π€£ It works, everyone, don't doubt it! β¨ I've been feeling quite nervous with the audience getting so much bigger. This month I wrote and threw out several scripts before deciding to film this one, so I'm sorry it's taken a while. The pressure is on! But at the same time I am so grateful and I so appreciate the support you've all shown me this year! It's been a wild ride so far and an absolute privilege! Here's to another year of it! π₯ Cheers m'dears!

2021-12-01 12:18:29 +0000 UTCAt both of my jobs I'm pretty much on my feet for most of the time--and it doesn't bother me at all, I like that I'm not stuck behind a desk. However, anytime I have to stand still for anything longer than a minute I start going nuts. And it's so weirdly uncomfortable... I don't know how other people do it! Congratulations on the audience expansion!! I can imagine that being really intimidating, but don't think about it like a whole group of people you need to please and not let down, think of it as people simply joining a conversation that you happen to be part of. Is everyone going to agree with everything you say? Of course not. But life would be dull if that were the case, so huzzah for diversity! And the discourse it generates, which is the most valuable part of it for me, anyway. Please do sit, or lounge, or hang upside down like a bat, or film yourself walking down a forest path with a selfie stick if you're into that, whatever you find most comfortable β€οΈ can't wait for the video!! β€οΈπ€ Summer π€β€οΈ
