I will say I really worry about Elf storyline, and how are you planning on doing it. Because racism is something we aren't done fixing hundreds of years after all people were given equal rights. Elf problem was a thing for generations, and here comes a horny hotel owner and a maid to fix it all. I'm dramatizing of course, but I think like it could be a very hard thred to finish realistically. I can easily suspense my disbelief about a robot with personality or a race of fairy people with invisibility crystals, but slavery is a much more real topic, and so will be more demanding. While I believe in Your talent as a writer (all that was written so far was of a really good quality) I would advise to be more careful with that line, and try to balance it a bit with more uplifting stories on the side. And sex, of course. P.S. sorry if grammar is a bit lacking, English is not my main language.

This is off topic but Ashley's story is heart breaking. I really hope we get to see a reunion between her and Ms. Ren sometime in the future.

Have a couple of requests I'd made previously (sometimes as far back as 0.9 and/or 0.10!), no response from (EDIT:) RUNEY (or anyone else for that matter), no likes, no reaction at all, so time to re-raise them. (1) {answered elsewhere, removed} (2) Fourth option for Android bust size, somewhere between her current "small" and "medium" (the latter of which is rather large, in the scale of things). Or maybe just scale down her "medium" a little? (3) Have an MC expressed preference for Android bust size become a "standing order" and always draw the character that way (except for Dungeon scenes that specifically require a given size, cat vs. cow). Or maybe have random size changes based on lower Obedience stat? (4) An idea I had for approach to Autumn is now incompatible with her, but maybe add in for some other girl - reluctance to have actual sex, but willing to explore Submission (all but last dungeon event being non-penetrative), once Submissive earned, leverage that for sex. Hana would have been a candidate for this, but she's advanced past that now. Maybe Hazel? (5) Reluctant 'good girl' allows anal before vaginal because that isn't "losing her virginity". Autumn is still possible for this, maybe even already planned for all I know? (6) Qualified submissives having the option to hang out in the Dungeon, in addition to the usual Lobby, Utility Room, and Hot Spring. Instead of asking MC for that when he talks to them in Lobby.

You've said you plan on implementing pregnancy in some way to the game in the future. What's that gonna look like? Are we going to be able to actually get girls pregnant? Will this feature be available to all the residents and maybe open up lactation scenes for them as well?

I concur. So far, all of the main characters in the hotel except for Autumn, Emma, and Kate have fairly well developed stories and interactions. Side characters in the hotel (Ellen, Lucia, Moon, Hana, the fairies, and the elven refuge) don't have much to recommend them. Moon, Hana, Lucia, and Ellen at least have some decent interactions, and some of the residents of the Sanctuary have some limited interactions, which is nice, but it would be cool to have a bit more for them. Mostly, I want to do something more than say, "Hello" to Juliet. Like, seriously, she's so shy but seductive. Her little grin in class is just taunting me at this point. lol I'm glad Kate has a little something we can do together, but the description of a relationship which the two of you agreed upon has never surfaced at all. Still, and all, I love this game, the story, and the characters. I am especially pleased by the "sleep with" option as you get to cuddle/snuggle with your lovers. Cheers!

Comment on the last question. As much as I love all characters getting at least one update, I'd prefer if you put extra emphasis on some of the characters with light story to catch them up. Even though Kali is by far my favorite I wouldn't complain if she didn't have any story next update and some of the lightest characters get more, primarily Autumn, Emma, Kate, and Julia (she needs something please!)

I agree, now like, depending on how much time in game, I get not being pregnant, but now we have at least two character actively asking for it. I'd like to see it go somewhere for at least Lin and Ashley.

Will there be pregnancy any time soon? At this point it almost seems like the MC is sterile at this point.

I want to give more details about my experience playing Harem Hotel. I think the story is going well, but I feel that some characters are a bit neglected and lack a lot of history with them or more sexual positions, as would be the case of Emma and Autumn. I hope this will improve in future updates, otherwise a good game, I congratulate the creator for working hard on this game.

OK I answered the questions but just like these others I feel I need to chime in with a little more detail. I have seen suggestions to trim side characters for space. I've already had to switch over to a PC, which I'm sure others have, so I say go for it! When the inspiration for a Main character slows- Freshen up on a Side Story. As for the Seriousness of the Story...some of the BEST writers I have read make you love them and Hate them at the same time by putting the stories characters through hell and back. This last update...yeah...There were parts where I was actually pissed off. LIke someone said above- Right in the Feelz! Good Writing sucks the "reader" in. Each update is better and better. Your past few polls asked for us to pick our preferred main and side characters. That was tough as hell because you have given depth to all the Main characters and we can see the potential for just about ALL the Side characters you have teased us with. I wish I could offer some opinion that would cut down on the work but I'm over here hoping you also have time to write some books too. I know this all started as a spanker game but it's way past that now. Hats off to ya Runey!

To me the most important is the interaction options is plentyfull and not just a fixed route or two dimensional like chose option a or b.. the sense of control / impacting of the narrative I believe is your strength :)

Um... I'm not sure if this is where I put this but I've found a wierd, I'm not even sure if its a bug more of a sequence mistake. I just unlocked Emma & Felicity's Alarm scene and it unlocked Android's and Lin's as well... alright I thought I'll have a look at it and found it had Androids human face that I hadn't unlocked yet, as I said not really an error just thought I would tell you.

Been throwing $$$ your way for a year or so. No regrets. Are things perfect? No (pregnancy is at the tippy top of my wishlist), but any time I doubt things... I get shown that I need patience and you correct it... like Autumn, for example. You have something special here. Something that isnt just a H game, but also makes people think... I like it. Art is subjective from varying perspectives... but I feel this is top 5 H game that I have enjoyed. Hope you are having a good day.

Fair point on all fronts and i really should not compare a completed (and locked poll) to one still ongoing but wanted to throw some feedback out. I was just thinking when i was voting for her last year she was more popular (ver 10 had her at about 170 more votes than now) but with a couple of thousand votes still to cast im sure the gap will shrink. I was just perplexed as to why certain characters were getting least popular whilst most remained as popular as ever and felt it can be attributed to the story direction (which i have no issue with personally) and despite Ashely basically all but dropping the yandere persona shes getting less votes and less discussion that ive seen. Still yeah more sex is always a win for all really but i do respect it cannot be easy to intergrate more of it with a serious plotline organically for obvious reasons. If you're looking at years old polls, the biggest change is my growth. Ashley received a happy event last update, a happy event this update, Android received a happy event two updates ago, and neither of them have plummeted in the polls, but they have always been last. They've almost always been in the same place, except for when characters were introduced. Ashley is very polarizing though, so while she receives some of the least love either because of her looks or crazy attitude, she also receives some of the most vocal support. This poll hasn't reached the same amount of votes as the last one yet, still 2,000 missing. Once that's done, I will have a better picture. That said, what this poll specifically has told me is that people want a bit more sex in the story.

I think balance between the deep stuff and the saucy stuff is the biggest debate to be had IMO. Take popularity polls for example - support for Ashely and Android has plummeted the last couple of updates as the characters have take very different routes from where they used to be personality wise and people are drifting to other girls instead. Nobody wants to be on a downer with their favoured girl for several updates (and many months in real time) and i think this is being reflected in the popularity stakes.

There's almost too much going on in this game now. Between bulding/pursuing the harem and the ongoing MAJOR storylines (at least 3! Highelf Queen, elfbot, reforming institution of elf-slavery from within vs. open rebellion). The cast (and game filesize) has grown to a point where its becoming unwieldy. Maybe institute a "one for one" rule, wherein for every new sex partner that is opened up, one other existing side character is written out. At this point, Lucy (whose only realy value is being a Kali clone and possible threesome with Kali) is totally redundant now that Emma & Felicity are doing that, and possibly Autumn/Hazel on the horizon? If a character has a following, maybe write a total-blowout farewell sex scene. You could probably retroactively remove everything to do with the pizza parlor location, including sleepy girl (who has afaik zero content?) -- why visit Kali at work, she would/should be out making deliveries? Other than scenes like helping her with that one delivery, that is, or ordering for the Hotel. I'd personally like to see that delivery that Maria set up become repeatable, maybe MC uses a particular code phrase while ordering to forewarn her? For example, "deliver to the basement apartment" (aka the dungeon). At this stage, Kali would get wet just thinking about it. Hmmm, maybe Lucy could inherit that as well once Kali returns to school? I assume that with riddles finished, Kate will have some further payoff, how about Juliet? Or is that in 12, which I've barely scratched the surface of?

I understand. But I'm looking at where each character is in their story to decide what they get next. I'm not looking at what everyone else gets necessarily. This will result in some updates feeling skewed one way or another.

I really like how the story is unfolding, but it is a bit much for me personally. (maybe wrong here didnt play all of 0.11 before 0.12) It may be to late for it but i feel it would be better not to stack multiple serious story-events in one update. It was just a bit too much for me seeing all of these things happen at the same time.

I feel like I should further write a response here considering I wanted to elaborate on my answers i gave on the feedback questions. In regards to serious topics. it depends on how they're presented and handled. Adult games like Acting Lessons do an excellent job at handling melodrama and serious topics. Harem Hotel does an amazing job too because it presents the issues within the established world that's been created for the characters. so personally i'm all for a serious subject matter along the lines of grief, depression, etc, just as long as the characters respond to it the way those characters would in their world. there's already the topic of slavery which is handled well and what i love is that the story never diverts into real life events or politics where it becomes preachy. artists are free to write whatever they want but as a fan looking for entertainment, i do want fiction to escape from reality, not to be reminded of it by being preached at. if i wanted that, i'd go to a U2 concert. other than that, i love learning more about the characters back stories and how certain characters personalities clash or connect with other characters. the other thing i love is how there's a great balance of lewd content, plot, and character arcs. most adult games just have sex for the sake of. this is one of the few games where it feels like it's actually furthering the characters storyline/story arc which is great. but honestly if the characters weren't so well written, i probably would even care about the world's lore or the lewd content anywhere near as much. it's even awesome how each character has their own kinks and preferred sexual pleasures. even the android (who i named Anne) has become one of my favourite characters because of how human she is and how interesting her story arc is. it's not everyday you get to live in a modern world of elves, fairies, androids and humans (and a succubus on the side) where it feels normal but unexplored at the same time. I only hope that on the inevitable day you have to finish the story that somehow all these amazing characters need to work together and use their unique qualities like The Avengers to finish an endgame (no double pun intended). so keep up the good work and stay true to the legacy you've established and remember that if you try to please everyone, you end up pleasing no one.

I think you've done a great job presenting some serious topics (depression, neurodivergence, web-camming, etc) in a way that doesn't seem forced. I'm all for the serious elements but I think there might be a situation now where you, as a writer, may have added elements to certain characters that you've been working with all this time which divert just a bit from how they may have been presented 2 or 3 years ago (or whenever) when we were playing through earlier versions of this story. Much of that can be (and, in some cases: HAS BEEN) fixed simply by some revisions to the way characters are introduced/presented in the earlier parts of the game. And, perhaps, having the seeds planted a little earlier so that it feels as if there's a more organic progression of certain arcs. The story evolves just like you evolve. Any artist is affected by life around them so even working on the same material one... two... three years later is going to yield a different perspective on the same characters and story. So it's natural for that to be a part of it. But I'm a huge fan of revising the earlier aspects of the game to make something flow a little more smoothly.

Well, since you can't vote without a Google account, I'll give you the feedback right here. ;) I love serious stories, but I enjoy it even more if things are kept balanced with some light-hearted parts or comic relief. I really like how the game mixes very serious topics like racism and "human" rights with genuinely funny moments. I'm also totally OK with the current story:sex ratio. As for the mixing of sex and story, I think that intertwinig sex and story when it fits to spice things up and "offloading" the rest of the sexual content into repeatable events or side stories is the best way to go. That way the main story does not have to be bent just in order to fit the need for sexual content and can instead follow the "whenever it fits the narrative" approach. And for the last question: I like the constant progression as such, but would not be unhappy if the characters that are "lagging behind" were given a chance to catch up every now and then. Thank you so much for your work! I really enjoy the depth of the characters you are creating, which is super unique for an adult game in my book. And the pace of your updates is incredible! I can only guess how much effort you have to put into that to keep new content coming that fast, so thank you especially for that. Some personal side notes: I would really love to see a reunion of Ashley with Ms Ren :). That would be awesome! Also, I love that Silvia and Nia are getting a good bunch of attention lately and I hope the relationship with Jin will also develop in more detail. Also, although I guess there are no plans to add her in more detail, but sill I hope to see Serni the big grape moving in and getting some content. Don't know why, but loved her from the beginning :D And last but not least: wondering who will finally move into the last room on the second floor :D :P Keep up the amazing work!

The story is amazing. When I started the game, I thought Ashley was just the generic crazy girl, but damnit I find myself almost crying for her sometimes and just want to give her a hug. I like how the girls weave in and out of each other's stories. My favorite so far is how all of them band together for Ashley's birthday party.

I like when the "scenes" are interwoven with the story, but only when it's a light-hearted story segment, if it's more emotional or the plot stakes are high then it feels a little out of place

I'm not exactly an aficionado but this is by far the best erotic VN I've ever played and most of that is because the writing is so quality. listening to fan input is great but the largest part of me hopes there isn't much in the way of big changes. I love the whole elf storyline. I have been very moved by the plot. It feels like in a way that the sex is nice but no longer driving the story. Of the games I have played this is my favorite.

Kinda of tough to answer for me. It would be clearer if you added an example of what you mean for two of those questions. Mostly because I’m new here and am not familiar with how the updates and stuff are structured. I was able to understand the story ratio question very well but maybe an example of those ratios in the game would have helped. Ie. what was Lin’s adventure considered.
