As long as they're playlists for your own use I think it should be fine, I've thought of doing the same thing. I could be wrong, but I think he's talking about patrons who are making playlists and then sharing them with non-patrons. Again, I could be wrong. I'm not a very smart man.

Motorola is still pretty active with smartphones, but they are kind of struggling to compete with the high end market. I think their "upgradeable" Z pretty much died by now if I recall, and the only time I see them mentioned is when someone buys their mid-range offerings to save some money on a new phone.

A lot of nuggetphones you look over and even the KBEARs you looked at a few weeks ago are actually using the shell of an ancient discontinued Sennheiser pair of earbuds called the MX500s.
