Collar d6 #09

Alright, well it took longer than I thought, but to be fair, shit kept happening irl and this was a more difficult project than anticipated. I'm gonna start on another strip after resting tonight, but I'm not gonna assign a release date to avoid another situation like this. Not sure what strip I'm going do just yet. I have to admit, I'm feeling really guilty about just dropping C6 after so many years and considering resuming it, mental health be damned.

That said, I'm going to go rest now 'cause my back is killing me. You can expect more regular updates from me, at the very least weekly. Thank you everyone for sticking through thick and thin with me. Love you all~

The wait was well worth every moment. This series is such a playfully kinky delight. <3

Well then, it seems to me like Laura's after having made the classic rookie adventurer mistake of putting most (if not all) of their starting character points into mastering one particular skill(s), doing so above all of the other options that were available to them (in this case, it was the ability to use their sword which got the focus, while all other close combat options had been totally forgotten about); but was this particular error made intentionally (with Laura having hoped to have her character get badly overwhelmed in battle at some point during the session, but maybe not quite so soon, since it had only been the second encounter; after the slimes), or did she honestly think that Michelle would be going a bit easy on her for their very first solo game together? From what I can see from all their interactions here, it does seem to have elements of the second option, with Laura even having forgotten the fact that Michelle had mentioned that her character had lost their weapon in the previous page; their slightly sheepish expression visible in the third panel indicating that she'd gotten caught up in the moment (along with her mental plan to have a dramatic combat scene) and she genuinely forgot that key detail. Still, at least Laura will know better for the next run (since this does seem like a game over, unless Michelle is feeling generous and starts to run with a whole new plotline here, one which takes these events into account), along with maybe remembering that in a solo gaming session; your primary character needs to have some flexible options in order to solve any problems you might encounter, or recruit some NPC followers who can help with covering your weaknesses! But definitely curious to see if this particular failure had any kinky consequences for Laura in the real world and not just the game...

🀣 Excellent! This is the comedy gold (and surpassing artistic skill) I was drawn to originally.
