I think that's a little too abstract since not everyone here would want a character design commission. Maybe keeping it more along the lines of something concrete or just a sketch would work best?

People comment different attributes into a poll and then vote on which ones will be drawn into a girl. For example, if people commented words like: pear shaped, sassy, cat girl, and those ideas get voted on then a sassy, pear shaped cat girl will be drawn.
