He goes to further explain these concepts and how to develop the true self through shamanism and the practice of cultivating inner silence. A lot of the ideas and topics brought up are great to conceptualize whether or not there is any merit to the story and the shamanic practice. Took my bike to Manyunk this beautiful morning to ride the 40 miles to Pottstown along the Schuylkill to hang out with my uncle and grill meats on the fire while listening to Van Morrison. Not 5 minutes into my ride a rich white city soy boy rides by me and yells "wear a helmet!" I lost my shit in anger and almost crashed into a tree then yelled back "have a good day Nazi!" He didn't turn back of course. What the fuck is with these absolute monsters that live in the city and want to tell everyone else what to do? It's literally always and only a rich white fucker. I'm now in Pottstown and still pissed that I didn't say something more clever or chase him down and force him to suck my teenis. Then I saw a fat white bitch with a black panther tattoo on her lunch lady arm. I need to move further west. Once you get outside the city people are real and kind again. Can't deal with these indoctrinated intolerant pigs anymore. Have a good weekend boys. Fuck "pride".
