If you take 5 GOOD paths you can access the Ancient door in the Inner Forrest (I swapped the GOOD and EVIL doors in the new update) hiding behind the tress on the top left corner.
One of the treasures you find is the Angel costume which you can see Susan wearing here.

Just joking, I know eyes and other stuff are separate assets that can be switched when needed to reduce the amount of drawing. :P
