Art Tip: Block Method Examples

Two week's ago I made a tip for using the block method for drawing butts. This week I made some example drawings using the same method. These are all my OCs' butts, you can probably tell which is which.

I was looking at your past Art-Tip posts to find ideas for my reply. another idea would be 'texture'. sometimes when observing art their is almost a 'feel' to things. soft, smooth, velvet, bumpy. It is almost a combo of shading/lighting/forshortening into one master thesis that is 'texture'.

2023-07-13 06:36:02 +0000 UTCAn interesting idea, but in my opinion there's a lot that goes into something like that. For example, knowing how the body changes with varying degrees of fitness, and general proportions as well. I can do something on body proportions though. Thanks for the request!

2023-07-12 20:18:44 +0000 UTCart tip request: redering(drawing) the same character with different sizing. example: chibi/shortstack to giant to normal to short/tall. The idea of what character would 'look like' if they were squashed into someone else's body type. (another way of looking at the request)
