Behind-the-Scenes October 2022 Week 3: Part 1

Hi Deluxe tier.

I hope you had a good weekend. Here's some stuff I worked on this weekend.

1. Uzaki WIP. Uzaki got 2nd place in this month's poll with 11 votes so she gets a colored and shaded sketch. It's already more than a sketch because I got carried away with the rendering again.

2. "Flores" Sketches WIP. Flores got 1st place in the poll with 15 votes. I made these concept sketches to decide on an artwork. I like all three, but I'm thinking of going with #2 for this week. I also really like #1 and it's SFW, so I'm thinking of saving that one for later and recording a timelapse.

3. Erza Sketch WIP. Erza got 3rd place with 10 votes so she gets a colored sketch. I'm keeping this one simple so I can spend more time on the 1st place artwork.

4. Brush Tests. I rediscovered my old custom brushes in Clip Studio and made some adjustments. I made a little bee doodle to test them out so I thought I'd share it here. The brushes are pretty rough looking, but maybe that gives the strokes a little more personality. I used them in the Uzaki artwork and I think it gives it a nice painterly look.
