I think swimsuits are a fun thing you can draw to really test your design skills, as they come with a few loose "rules" when creating them, yet still come with so many options! Do you want it more sexy or cute? Revealing or reserved? Classy or raunchy? What color? Is there a pattern? So many possibilities! Then there's the actual drawing and painting of the swimming suits, while they may seem very simple to draw and shade, if you really want them to look nice, fine details like folds and seams really help make them pop, bounce light, and subtle hue shifts also play a big role. Yoruichi here plays the perfect model to show off all of the different swimsuits I put her in (and didn't put her in, giggidy~) A feisty, beautiful woman like her gave me so many ideas for different outfits and a few expressions, I do wonder what swimsuit you like the most?
