I had a moderate case of heat stroke while sleeping and had a headache and vomited about 5 times, which made it difficult to proceed with production. I am feeling better now and am slowly resuming production.
For the past month, I have not been sleeping well and my shoulders have been stiff when I wake up from sleep. I thought my body might have gotten cold because I slept with the air conditioner on, so I changed the temperature from 26°C to 28°C just before going to bed. However, I woke up at 3 am with a headache and sweating profusely and had heat stroke.
By the way, for the past few days I have been sleeping with the temperature set to 23°C and a heavy futon over my head just before going to bed, and I am sleeping comfortably with a deeper sleep. My shoulders are still stiff when I wake up from sleep, but I am relieved to have a good type of sleep for the first time in a month according to the Pokemon Sleep measurement.
