On server start up it creates three 2D worlds - normal, nether, end. When you join the server, run /tewdee tp to be teleported to the 2D world.

To use:
1. Open link and click "Download all" in the top right
2. Launch Minecraft -> "Options" -> "Resource Packs" -> "Open Pack Folder"
