Comment disappear?

I found out some of the comments disappeared, I have no idea about how to fix it, because when my patrons leave comments, I'll receive the email notice. But this time I received the notice and wanted to reply to it, and it just disappeared???? Unless you guys deleted it, or I really don't know where the problem is.XDDD
So, I want to apology if I don't reply your comment, it's because I can not(Ｔ▽Ｔ). I will definitely reply to every comment.( • ̀ω•́ )✧
