Created from scratch in blender 3.5, images edited in krita as always.
Armature is not included but "vertex groups" are present. I tried to make them "low poly" but you can't get that low when each chain link is 3d. Each is less than 50k polys. (its not perfect but i figured someone else could use em to their benefit)

Weight painted to the head, does not include armature but has "head" vertex group
Not uv unwrapped but has clean topo for marking seams etc
all horns under 9k poly
