Strange, I'll have to download that plugin and see if it increases my FPS. Thanks

2021-08-10 20:05:43 +0000 UTCI'll give it a look. What are your specs if you don't mind me asking?

2021-08-10 19:17:53 +0000 UTCI build everything in VR, and it should run decently given general poor optimizatin in VaM. 30 to 45 fps with Index set to 90 hz with render scale in SteamVR set to 100% is general norm for performance. The most GPU heavy things are hair and Lights. You can set amount of active pixel lights under user preferences, set it to 2 or 1 if your fps is below 30. hair is tricky as the performance demand increases dramaticaly the closer you get to it and if you have MSAA set to 8x. the plugin i linked above will help you get better performance without messing with individual settings.

2021-08-10 19:16:42 +0000 UTCDo you even bother with VR or do you just use your desktop the whole time?

2021-08-10 16:59:52 +0000 UTCAm I supposed to get low FPS when I run your scenes on high in VR?

2021-08-10 11:46:37 +0000 UTCDrop the .var to VaM/addonpackages. In VaM, open menu, go to Package manager, and check for missing dependencies to download all the stuff needed for these scenes. then you can load any scene from the package.
