That's a good question. I imagine it's all how it portrayed in the video. There will be cockfighting in these videos when they are posted, it's always a very "important" part of the funerals. I would think a dedicated cock fighting video would get taken down. I feel it is needless entertainment, even if they are eaten in the end.

I don’t think it’s allowed on YouTube. It will fall under animal cruelty. Correct me if I’m wrong. I know showing cockfighting (very popular in the Philippines) is not allowed. Is it the same as the buffalo fighting? But very interesting to watch. I hope you can show the rest here inPatreon.
