I want to apologise for being so inactive on here and social media in general. I haven’t been feeling myself lately, probably a bit of summer depression as well and work has been stressful.
I think I’m doing better now and I will be trying a high calorie nutritional drink for the first time. Hopefully my body will turn this into new fat asap🐷 They're 200ml/400cal each and I will try to drink 2 to 3 on top of my regular meals every day. I hope you guys are doing well and I will be posting more!
