Really liked the first "real" body preset I did and decided to do another one based on images I found of BBW women. I made the stomach protrude more and gave it more of a shape this go around based on the images I found.
The tummy overlay is by sims3melancholic which I highly recommend for your chubby sims it looks amazing.

Real Body Preset (early access)
Quick thick body preset. I did make the sim fatter to show off the body preset in a better light I guess you could say. I made the stomach protrude more because real bodies have real tummies <3
