[Mod] Custom Gameplay Suggestions System

This mod is a system aiming to help with those moments when you don’t really know what to do next in game.
It makes it possible to get random gameplay suggestions for a specific Sim at any time in game. It also makes it possible to consult Instruction Lists (for custom "scenarios", etc) in game.
The fun part of the system is that anyone in the community can make a gameplay Suggestion Set or an Instruction List and share it with other players, so that they can get these suggestions in their game too.
The community makes the gameplay suggestions, you install whomever's suggestions you like (or make your own!), and in game you can have one supplied at random, by category.

DOWNLOAD & Installation:
1 - remove files from previous versions of Toolbox, if any
2 - REQUIRED: Lumpinou's Toolbox Library-Mod, IN VERSION 1.15 or Above.
If you don't already have it, grab the REQUIRED "Lumpinou's Toolbox" Library-Mod here (alt: here), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder, NO DEEPER.
3 - grab the .package file from this post (link below), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder.

I shared it on reddit but this is a really good place it could be implemented and utilized let me know if that' something that could be considered. The document is public too.
