[RPO] More updates + compatibility improvements

Another post, yes - but since there's been a lot of moving pieces recently and I know a lot of you asked especially about the topic of today's fix, I feel obligated to make another 'official' Patreon update info post....


Some RPO Collection fixes:

On COMPATIBILITY:
- Today, November 5: WW users: Paternity and WTDs now get applied with WW stuff again!

- recently, I made changes so McWooHoo doesn't interfere with my RPO M8 anymore. It hadn't been interfering with my M2 in a long time due to other changes I'd made, but I hadn't paid attention or announced that aha.

OTHER types of updates:
Previous days:
- Nov 2: fixes in M18 and Core for potential errors
- Nov 3-4: fixed M11 Pregnancy Termination not showing anymore
- Nov 4: added setting for self woohoo for those who don't want it, and made woohoo drive be off by default, for all the people who download the whole RPO collection without reading what's in it.....
- Nov 4: Also added some tooltips to some stuff in other RPO mods

In RPO and in Toolbox:
- fixed sim info logging not working on npc's for people who have Growing Together

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- I also did a change to logging systems for both RPO Collection and Toolbox which might mean that some of you might get an exception error related to their setting file not having an option when updating. If that happens, exit the game, and then restart, and it should be fine. If after restarting it's still screaming, deleting your setting file will fix it, but that should not be necessary.

Another note
Many of you updated mods properly and got the Toolbox for mods that need it and deleted the obsolete scripts etc, thanks and congrats for paying attention.
But still a lot of people didn't, so, if you are going ??? about all that, you can always refer to my previous post about my patch day updates!

Thanks for hanging in there everyone! It's been a lot of changes behind the scenes and we're on the end of the aftermath of that.
