I've been out traveling as well as working on commissions. When making art for myself I've kinda gone back to just looking at colors on a page, it's so fun! Plus trying out my boyfriends acrylic gouaches, I'd never done it before, I really like how opaque they are but they dry out a bit quickly for me, I wanna reuse them forever haha. hi! hit kind of a stumbling block in my comic work, im not sure what to do! im not sure i can go on publishing it as previously intended. i’ll still work on finishing it, but not with the same goal-orientation. perhaps someday when i have more money to sustain the work, and the will and drive to launch some sort of kickstarter, but right now it seems quite impossible. still, work on it on the side. i want the story told and finished!

working on commissions so havent been drawing much comic, however heres what i got. youll notice ive cut the first chapter a LOT, all in all more than half, but im much happier with the pacing now. i like stuff being slow, so its a hard balance, but i think its good to get in the habit of less meandering or repetitive storytelling for a long-form comic. anyway. also added bit of a prelude tee hee! all in all the comic wont be extremely graphic, but its me, so, cant escape a little meat blood ...

I'll wait and think a little what route to go. I'm very new to actually dealing with publishers face-to-face, so I want to make sure I choose the right option. I really want to try and give my comic a good chance at success, but I don't know whether like a kickstarter self-publish or official means are best. Still weighing my options.

please keep in mind i don't have the best audio recording equipment, but i've tried to edit it down so it's at least listenable. if you don't wanna hear me talk, no problem, the speedpaint is still there by itself haha!
