As a manga reader, I’ve been holding back myself from commenting anything…but I just wanted to tell you your reaction was perfect, and your speculations were pretty amazing. I love how you try to see all three of these kids from different angles as well! But anyhow I understand the shock— I remember just staring blankly at my smartphone screen as that specific chapter got released on Shonen Jump website… so🤣 Now I shall look forward to your reaction for season finale too:)

Great discussion about Shizuka's appearance when it cuts to her Dad's POV outside his apartment. I have no idea if she's been messed up and disheveled since the events in episode 2, but I think my view is when we see her all happy wearing clean clothes and such at the start of this episode, it's a representation of her view and the disconnect with how she really looks is representative of her disconnect from reality in general. There may be some form of that this whole time. I'm not real sure. Yeah don't listen to those people, love it when you pause and theorize before the show spells it out.
